Solar Powered Mobile Phone Concept
As a number of features in a mobile device, equally great chunk of power it requires to run. So, to prevent your screen going black or system hanged in between, you need great power densities. Researchers at the Fraunhofer Institute for Solar Energy Systems ISE are working on technologies that will make it possible to achieve greater power densities.
The ISE has demonstrated the use of solar cell technology by introducing a solar-powered mobile phone that will enable unlimited standby times, thus enabling your phones to stay powered-on permanently! With such technology, the scientists aim to use power management effectively to let your mobile devices powered-on, like a laptop could switch to fuel cells when the battery is depleted which in turn would be continuously recharged by the solar cells whenever light conditions were favorable. Sounds like a great idea to keep you hooked always to your portable gadgets.....what say!!!........

Using standard game controllers, two opposing players must help their characters navigate in and around a three dimensional maze. The real challenge comes, not from traditional game mechanics but rather from moving with your character as he sprints around corners and jumps between the installation's two play surfaces.........

Energi To Go from Energizer

But if you are going to be away from a wall outlet for an extended length of time, it can be difficult to find a way to give your mobile phone the extra boost it needs. Whether at an airport waiting for a connector or on an extended road trip with no end in sight, you can now give your portable electronics a big boost in energy thanks to the Energi To Go Instant Charger from our friends at Energizer.
As you can probably guess, this device allows you to convert the power found on standard AA batteries - preferably of the Energizer e2 Lithium variety if the battery maker has anything to do with it - into a usable form for your cell phone, iPod, Nintendo DS Lite, or most other portable electronics. The Cell Phone Charger takes a pair of AA batteries, whereas the one designed for "audio and gaming devices" demands a quad of AA dry cells.........
