Xbox 360 Files Transfer to PC
For those of you who think 64 Megs is just not enough, we have today received stock of the Memory Transfer Kit from Datel for Xbox 360. While the product ships for US$ 14.99 within 24 hours, we took one of them to the test. Early stage developments started already a couple of months ago in the scene. Before there was a commercial product from Datel, there was already a freeware called Xplorer 360 and some hand-made adapters that allowed you to exchange files back and forth between a PC and a 360 Memory Card. Xplorer 360 is already at beta version 4 and is available from the fine guys at 360GameSaves. Relying on a horde of D.I.Y. users, the popularity of the program grew a lot lately amongst hobbyists circles. We have even witnessed some efforts here and there from people like William Gonzalez, who have been assembling PCBs for those clumsy guys, like myself, who can't get nothing else than a couple of fingerburns out of a soldering iron.........

HOW TO: Portable Skype - Run Skype from your iPod
Ablaka writes - "There has been quite a bit of buzz recently surrounding so-called "portable apps". Portable storage devices such as USB flash sticks (and to a lesser extend, micro HD drives) are dropping rapidly in price/GB, so why just store stuff on them? There's even an industry consortium to promote a standard to facilitate running apps off portable storage devices. Turns out, you don't actually need a "U3 smart drive" to do this.
There are a number of reasons for not wanting to install a particular piece of software directly onto your computer's hard disk (be it privacy, portability etc), but instead carry it around with you wherever you go and have it ready when you need it. Enter the "Skyppod" (sort of)." - Link. Related: Skype Payphone - Link. More Skype projects, hacks, mods and news - Link.

Can you hear me now?
Dear Coworker: I'm an easygoing guy. I know sometimes you have to answer your cell phone in the men's restroom. Not just standing at a urinal, either, but in the stall. Sometimes you're expecting a call that you just can't miss, and you have to take it wherever it comes in. I'm cool with that. I understand. And I know these days, the speakerphones on cell phones come in really handy. They sound much better than they used to, and the microphones really help your caller understand what's going on. But here's the thing: please don't combine the two. Please don't answer your cell phone from inside the restroom stall, and put it on speaker. Because when I'm done, I'm going to flush, and the sound of the flush may not completely mask my merciless laughter at your predicament. Thanks for your understanding.

Casio Exilim EX-Z750 Reviews
Casio Exilim EX-Z750
The LCD screen on the 7.2 megapixel Casio Exilim EX-Z750 isn’t quite as large as the one on the EX-Z57, they held on to the optical viewfinder, so the LCD’s a more standard 2.5-inches in size; but like it’s sibling this one also has a 3x optical zoom lens (and honestly, they could do better,.....

Casio Exilim Zoom EX-Z55 Reviews
This solid, easily pocketable camera manages to fit a in a ton of features that we like, including Casio’s usual great (if crowded, due to the many features) menus, a 2.5 inch LCD that’s reasonably bright and sharp, if not the best among the ultracompacts we’ve seen. The Casio Exilim Zoom EX-Z55 is a solid.....

We look to superzooms to get us close to the action, to help us capture important shots from afar. But a long zoom isn’t everything. CeBIT '06: E61 Music Phone
We talked with some of the folks at BenQ and they're basically saying that we probably won't be seeing a lot of these phones in the U.S. this year. For example, you've got the E61 with dedicated music keys on top.
It comes with 1MB built-in but the phone supports MiniSD for up to 1GB of memory and has a 6-band equalizer and even shows karaoke-esque lyrics on the screen so you can sing along to your favorite tunes.
