The second of two handsets prepared for the launch of Verizon Wireless’ new V CAST Mobile TV seSamsung SCH-u620 takes a much more traditional approach to the goal of providing TV on the go.

Samsung state the SCH-u620 has “advanced speech recognition with dictation,” which is an interesting feature, but has yet to have its merits proven. Speakerphone functionality and a document viewer application round out the specification sheet of this 21.5mm (0.85″) thick device.
