You get a mobile phone for your kids to make sure they are safe at all time but what phone are you aiming at? Gigabyte might have a solution for you; they unveiled the new Gigabyte Keroro phone particularly for the kids. Keroro is based on the Japanese manga cartoon, Keroro Gunso.

The slider green phone with cartoon drawing on it boasts a 2-inch color screen with resolutions of 176 x 220, 1.3 megapixel of camera, 128MB of RAM, MP3 player and miniSD memory card slot. I don't think such a simple phone requires any RAM to push up its operating usage. Keroro is a limited edition phone with only 2000 of it being in production. No words on the pricing or availability yet.
